Utilizing analog and digital collage methods, Laura Kay Keeling’s image-making process integrates elements from her growing archive of ephemera and photographs taken directly from her surroundings. Capturing elements from the local, familiar regions around where she works and lives her daily life, Keeling’s images present visually fragmented interpretations both documentary and diaristic in nature.
