Vanessa Cornell’s new body of work, Sorry I’ve Got A Thing…, is the culmination of an on-going exploration of her incorporation of both traditional and digital painting with photography. In this series, Cornell aspires to create honest, unapologetic, and often satirical narratives of women in their domestic spaces.
 
Currently residing in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Vanessa Cornell received her BFA from York University, MFA from the University of Windsor, and most recently a post-baccalaureate from NSCAD University.  She has participated in exhibitions throughout Canada and the United States.
