Sylvia Galbraith offers an in-depth look at the intimately creative process behind the photographic works on display in What Time is This Place? Through the making of this series, Galbraith became deeply familiarized with Newfoundland’s east-coast landscape and the multigenerational histories of the outport buildings she utilized as sites for camera obscuras. The stories behind each work reveal captivating insight into the unique moments in time and space captured.
