May 4
– May 31, 2020
Vanessa Cornell’s new body of work, Sorry I’ve Got A Thing…, is the culmination of her integrated explorations of traditional & digital painting with photography. In this series, Cornell aspires to create honest, unapologetic, and often satirical narratives of women in their domestic spaces.
Currently residing in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Vanessa Cornell received a BFA from York University, an MFA from the University of Windsor, and most recently a post-baccalaureate from NSCAD University. She has participated in exhibitions throughout Canada and the United States.
