Lewis Mallard

Interdimensional psychedelic folk artist, Lewis Mallard, grounds an ever-evolving artistic practice in humour and play. Initiating his one-of-a-kind character persona and interaction with the public at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Lewis Mallard has since become a widely recognized figure across the regional area. With an expanding practice incorporating public presentation of paintings, drawings, and prints, Mallard continues to engage an ever-widening audience inclusive of meandering passersby and artistically-inclined, dedicated followers alike.

Lewis Mallard has exhibited their work in numerous exhibitions in the local area including recent solo-exhibitions at Farside Gallery, Hamilton and participation in the Art Gallery of Hamilton’s annual AGH Art Sale. Mallard’s artwork has been spontaneously displayed on numerous billboards and murals across the region while the geographic range of impromptu public appearances continues to expand across Hamilton and farther afoot into Toronto.
